Matt was very helpful in helping us buy a car. He was able to answer all our questions from the start of the process. He ensured all works were completed on the car we wanted and had excellent communication when keeping us updated.

I booked my car in for a diagnostic check of a fault on my vehicle and was quoted a price. On the day the vehicle was looked at it was checked in very quickly and looked at within the hour I was kept informed of the progress at all times and when I went to pick up the vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cost was only one third of the price quoted as the investigation into the fault had not taken as long as expected. I am very pleased with Advance Vauxhall and will always take my car there for service and repair.

Friendly, professional service. No hard sell! All actions and necessary forms were completed and dealt with efficiently and thoroughly. We were really pleased with our service from Matt and would definitely use you again.

If 0 stars was possible to choose, that is what this would be. Where to begin...when your vehicle goes past the 6month warranty is where you see their true colours.

Gearbox failure THREE TIMES in the space of 12months. Firstly within 5 months of having the vehicle, the second 1 month later, and again now. First and second repair, we had to cover the cost as it is outside of their warranty and they clearly do not care about consumer rights act. Could swallow this - then again now, only 4 months later, another complete failure of the gearbox on the M25 with 2 children in the car. Turns out, the brand new gearbox they promised, was actually a refurbished one! An absolute joke of customer service and human decency.
Motor ombudsman now on the case.

On a different note - Manraj in sales is an angel. He truly deserves better than this mess of a company; I would employ him anyway of the week.

I had given my Vauxhall Zafira for MOT and Servicing. This time the experience has been fantastic. I went for a loan car as well which costed a fiver but that was of great help. Additionally the experience of dropping the car and the pick up back was very smooth. I also had a request for some of my history to be printed as I lost my Servicing history book and the staff kindly obliged. The car wash has always been a standard and an added bonus.

I always get my car serviced here, even though I live in Harrow. They collect my car and call me promptly if there are any issues. It's very convenient to not have to drive there myself. Staff are always friendly on the phone.

Very happy with my recent visit. Everyone very polite and helpful and always willing to explain why and what is needed, should a fault or repair be necessary. Their professional expertise always makes me feel that much safer when on the roads. My owner driver thinks so too 🙂.
