Sytner Sunningdale MINI

I enquired about a Mini JCW that on the face of looked good at Sytner, unfortunately when we did our checks it didn't meet our expectations and it wasn't the right car for us.

I also did not get a good experience from Nicoll Swart, while she was understanding to our buying situation being dependent on external factors, when asking questions about the car and asking for various bits of information, I was met with blunt replies and told certain information cannot be provided as Sytner do not provide it as it's for In house use only. When asking Sytner Swansea or Sytner Nottingham for the same information on comparable, it was easily provided without quibble, so unsure why Nicoll said she could not provide it. Based on this, I would not recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a new Mini from the guys at Sytner Sunningdale. I dealt mainly with Tom Collins who was brilliant throughout. He had a great attitude, kept me well informed throughout the process on the progress of my car and and we were also able to negotiate the finance to a great price too. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to help. They even made sure I had taken delivery and was in my new car before the MOT and service were due which was an added bonus! Love the new car it’s great to drive and will definitely be returning again in future when my agreement is up next time. If you are in the market for a new car I would recommend you try these guys!

We have dealt with Syners in Sunningdale for a number of years. Our Sales Executive is Tom Collins, who is absolutely great. If we could give him more than 10 we would. Not only is he a nice person he knows his customers and listens. Above all he is a great communicator and advises delays (or otherwise)

Everyone was extremely helpful, the financial options available were very clearly explained....and I felt I was given a very fair exchange price on my car. This is the 2nd time I have brought a Mini from Tom at Sunningdale Sytner, and I will definitely go back in the future.
