Bournebrook Motors

Bournebrook cars is the WORST car dealer I have ever come across with absolutely appalling customer service selling RINGERS not even belonging to them.
After enquiringly about a vehicle I was given little to no detail regarding its condition/history. It seemed the salesman either didn't even know anything about the vehicle or was not keen on selling it at that point. This had me puzzled but I insisted on viewing the vehicle anyway. On a second call a salesman named CHARLIE had picked up the phone and quickly realised I was about to request a viewing of the vehicle and had cut the call short. He then proceeded to ignore my calls as did all the other salesman working at the dealership. After numerous attempts of contacting them I got no where. I wondered if I was the odd customer receiving the short end of the stick so I had my friend call up and enquire about a different vehicle. He was miraculously able to arrange a viewing appointment for a different car. We had notified the dealership that we were on the way for the appointment in which my friend mentioned that we would also be interested in viewing the other vehicle that I had originally planned on veiwing. Unbelievably the dealership had closed while we were on the way without even informing us at all and again ignored every attempt of calling. Single handedly the most shocking display of customer service definitely something dodgy about this dealership. DO NOT BUY.

Would of given no stars if permitted, the car I bought was awful and only lasted ten months. This is a lockup not a garage, never answers the pbone, do not buy a car from here as everyone else has advised.

Bought a zafira 3 years ago spent more on car than what its worth when i told him the problems he said he will fix it but put dodgy second hand parts on that broke def learnt from mistake would pay scrapman to take car
