The entire process of buying the new Hyundai car was excellent, smooth and satisfactory. We got a very comfortable treatment with fast delivery of our car, which was before the waiting period. Mr.Charlie was very honest and sincere towards his job and provided each and every information pertaining to the features of the car and also explained in detail about its features.

Reception is excellent and professional and although I had not booked a lift into Taunton, as it was raining on the day I dropped off a lift was arranged with no hassle which is always nice and the driver was very pleasant. I recently bought my first EV through Howards Taunton. I knew very little about EVs and the salesperson Brad helped to bring me up to speed. It did take 6 months from ordering until delivery but that was out of their hands. When the car (Peugeot 2008) was delivered Brad and the team seemed as excited as I was which made the unveiling very special. Brad then took me through everything on the car (a lot of stuff) and I was very grateful for this. Thank you Howards and in particular Brad for all your help and support.

Our car went in for its first service yesterday. Had great customer service. Booking in fairly straight forward, was able to book a waiting appt as I can’t get back home. When I dropped the car of I was told roughly how long it would be, and it was pretty spot on. The car was returned to me cleaned inside and out - Bonus! Also got a text link with an electronic copy of the service report. Was also handed a paper copy and had it explained to me in a straight forward manner.

I have used Howards Peugeot Taunton for servicing for 8 years now and have always found them to be very good. The team, no matter who I have dealt with, have always provided great customer service and the communication you receive is just how it should be. Well done Howards.
