They told me that a warranty repair was not covered but were unable to show me the clause in the warranty that excluded the fault. It was only after the intervention of Citroen UK that they begrudgingly agreed to repair the fault. I travelled across London to collect my car after it had been taken in, only to be told on arrival that they had ordered the wrong parts and the car was still in bits. I returned the following day to collect my reassembed car, and was told that the parts would be available in a few days. I contacted Citroen City a couple of weeks later to see if the correct parts had been received . The parts had been delivered but they did not bother to contact me to let me know. The car was then booked back in and the repair completed. Now that might be the end of the story, but I decided to let them complete a service whilst they had the car. When I got the car back home there was oil on my driveway resulting from where they had spilt it during the service and not bothered to clean it up. Also, the low oil level warning came on within a few hours showing that the required amount had not actually found its way into the engine.
Overall, very sloppy service from staff who appear completely disinterested in the task they are delivering and aparently do not know the meaning of quality or customer service.
