Renault Cannock Used Car and Service Centre

Opening hours online say open till 7pm... this is not the case for anything than buying a new car, wasted my fuel and time to go collect 2 pieces of plastic that cost me £71 which I paid on Saturday. I'm not going to buy a Renault ever again after this experiance

Went back again collected my 2 rear door panels and the spare guy ordered me 10 clips for the 2 panels saying that is what was needed when there is 18 clips required to clip every hole.

I will buy the remaining clips elsewhere as I'm not going all the way back there again.

Came here after going to a few other dealerships in the area and having no joy. We were dealt with by Dave who took us through our options and found us our ideal car. There was no pressure from him to make a decision on the spot however we were so happy with the car we bought there and then. Great service.

We just wanted to see if the Scenic was big enough for us before considering properly to buy one. Other dealers we've been to this seems too hard, but the salesman unlocked the car for us, gave us some info, and let us try our child seat and leaving us to look round the car. Absolutely no pressure but attentive. The car wasn't right for us but if it was we'd be happy buying a car from here. Rather refreshing and genuinely helpful experience ! Recommend to others and hope other dealers take note!

I have got to say that the service from Luke in sales at the garage was outstanding. We came to buy a car and couldn’t decide which one to have, but Luke talked us through everything and let us have a test drive etc. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he knew his stuff. I would highly recommend this garage and we’ve been to a few and I have got to say your service, knowledge, after care is amazing. Stoneacre willenhall should come and have lessons from you. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Plus I got my lovely Renault captur car. A very big thank you Luke.

Rang about getting a quote on a car through this branch,agent at the branch said he would ring back with some numbers for us and hasn’t ,really disappointed as we used them to buy our last car from there and had excellent service but now it seems like they just can’t be bothered,may have to look at using another branch that gives a better customer service.
A formal complaint may have to go in too to avoid other customers being as disappointed as we are right now
