Stellantis &You Peugeot Guildford

Bought a brand new e208 that soon developed a number of faults, the main two being a knocking noise from the motor when turning out of a junction and heated seats not working. The car went back in 4 times over 5 months without being fixed and eventually they told me that all the e208's make the knocking noise. This is a £34,000 car! Absolutely no customer service, the service manager initially refused to bring a courtesy car over to me when the car needed go back for the fourth time. Also had to wait a month for parts and then when they arrived told they couldn't fit me in for another month! The final straw was when it was returned after the forth visit still knocking and the seats still not working but now with two new oil leaks! Since writing the dealership has replied that they "strive for 100% satisfaction", they know my telephone number but haven't contacted me to resolve anything. Actions speak louder than words!

After previously dealing with Robins and Day Walton and finding every encounter to be hell, I was dreading attending my next car service at a robins and day dealership. However my experience at this branch was faultless compared to previous at Walton. My service advisor, Terry couldn’t have been more helpful, honest and professional. As for the service, several issues that were pulled up in my previous service at Walton last year (e.g pollen filter change, auxiliary belt wear and several others) which I had NOT resolved were checked and deemed not to be a problem, further proving the incompetence and dishonesty in my previous services. Thank you Terry and the service team at guildford for making a usually very stressful experience, incredibly easy and positive. I will be returning for my future services

Merv was excellent, thorough, professional, fixed the complicated heating issue with our Peugeot. Coordinated warranty arrangements with our insurer. Kept us in the loop. Provided a courtesy car throughout.

positive experience from arranging test drive by nice customer service rep Fergus to picking up the car as far as the car goes its generally good has been working for a month without major problems clutch as always on the way out will see how the warranty will hold during mot and update this review

Stopped off at this garage a few weeks ago with an unexpected issue with the underside of our peugeot and asked if they could look at it, they identified the problem and fixed the issue with a helpful manner which was beyond reproach I cannot say enough about them kind and extremely helpful, the receptionist magda and the tech Simon deserve a pay rise.

Excellent experience. Popped in with the van as I suspected the powersteering fluid level was low. Senior mechanic came out and checked it, turns out there is a cold high and low high level mark. Turns out I thought the bottom level was the minimum! All cleared up, was given some free help and advice so very much appreciated the assistance. Would definitely go here in future! Thanks!!
