Very quick, relaxing, and easy process.

Showed up at my appointment and was walked through by the representative on what will happen, as well as the documents he required for the sale.

The car was then inspected by him, after which he walked me through in details any adjustments to the initial value. There was no pressure from him on selling the car.

Once we were aligned, I handed over my documents and details (and car keys). The sale was complete.

Overall, quite happy with the whole process, and would recommend a friend to try it out.

The bloke that served us was very friendly and I believe that he offered as much as he could within the boundaries of what we buy any car would allow him to, however, it knocked more than 20% off of the online valuation, despite him saying that it had low mileage and was clean throughout. Not his fault, so have given 4 stars, albeit we buy any car is a business that truly cashes in on the lack of control and regulation of the British used car market. If we had a better system for selling and buying used cars, this would not be a viable business venture.

Absolute joke. Complete waste of time with these people. Play offer you a reasonable price on the website book the appointment and when you get there tell you they can only give you a stupid.
Expecting a bit of negotiation but the price they offered was ridiculous and thousands of pounds less than what they said online.
Hours of my life totally wasted.

I am posting this as if I had had a bad experience I would have posted , but I didn't so wanted to post this positive review to be fair. I went to the branch in Colliers Wood and as a first time visitor with a somewhat negative attitude having read some bad reviews . I must admit that it turned out to be a great experience. The member of staff I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and a great communicator , reassuring as he walked us through each stage of the process and identified issues I hadn't spotted. In terms of deductions for the issues found the deductions were fair. Overall a very good experience and there are a lot of car dealer sales people who could learn from the professionalism and courtesy we we were afforded by WeBuyAnyCar during our visit to Colliers Wood.

The gentleman who dealt with me was very polite and was able to offer me a reasonable amount for my vehicle even though it was lower than online quote but still good enough for me as I've used this branch previously so I know the online quote is just a guide. Overall I was very happy with the customer service I received and would continue to use this service in the future if needed.

The member of staff was absolutely great. Professional but, friendly and knowledgable. However, the quote I received was nowhere near what I received as, the last letter of the reg number, had been removed! I was then told that I had given the wrong number so the quote was wrong! Not convinced this isn't a ploy - not by Colliers Wood, but by the company - to then offer less! I have done quotes before with yourselves and, this has happened before. Each time you go back into the website, the last character has been removed.
