A great service received from an honest company made purchasing my first EV easy and problem free without a test drive or even seeing the car before it was delivered to me 130 miles away.
The car was handed over professionally and in the same fully prepared condition that was shown on the bespoke video emailed to me before the purchase. Delighted with my BMW i3!

I bought my car through Arthur at Wisely Automotive, and it was the best service I have ever received whilst buying a car. Arthur was honest, no nonsense, and upfront, and there was none of the gamesmanship that I have come across with other car dealers.

I have also leaned on Arthur for advice with the car since buying it, and assistance with minor issues that have cropped up. He has helped me in times where my local name brand dealership (supposedly the experts for my car) have been useless.

I recommend Wiseley wholeheartedly and will be coming back for my next car purchase.

We bought a car from Wisely in April, and in July there was a problem with its charger. We were under Wisely's warranty and Arthur was very proactive in helping us, he came out at the weekend to investigate and booked us into a Porsche main dealer to get it fixed. He paid the £2000 under the warranty to fix it. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally he dealt with it.

Even without being an actual customer, the staff at this place has given me lots of valuable tips on my i3 and electric motoring through their YouTube channel. They surely have a deeper knowledge of the car than many BMW specialists. Thanks a lot for that!

Great aftercare. Arthur and Eddie came out to rectify a heater problem in our BMW i3. Great service, especially as we are nearly 250 miles from London.

I have used a couple EV servers before else where on my I3 and I have to say the team here at Wisely are just wonderful, I highly highly recommended them, their up to date knowledge and workmanship is outstanding and fairly priced. A lovely company offering great cars and fantastic customer service. As EV newbies we were taken through our options very carefully and Emma, Martin and Arthur patiently answered the myriad of questions that we had. The whole buying experience was stress and pressure free and we have ended up with a car that we have already fallen in love with... we wish we have found out about Wisely Automotive and their carefully sourced/prepared i3's before now as we would have taken the 'plunge' into EV ownership long ago - Thanks for everything
