Stellantis &You Peugeot Hatfield

Purchased my Citroen C3 from Giuseppe at Robins Day Hatfield, have to say very impressed with the first class service received and love my new car! Traded in my fiat, happy with the part ex price and Giuseppe had my nearly new C3 ready for me to drive away within a week. Super easy process, very happy customer and would highly recommend.

This branch was outstanding through the whole process. The customer service from Billy was unparalleled to anything I've experienced previously buying a vehicle. Unfortunately due to medical reasons I was not able to continue with the purchase but yet still receive welfare checks from the staff, not out of sale updates but purely based on my health interest. Billy's service has earned them repeat business from me and I look forward to returning shortly.

Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star. I came in with my sister. No one greeted us as we came in, so we asked someone for help as we were looking for a mobility vehicle. The response we received was very poor & very monotone also. I felt judged & discriminated against because of my disability. I understand I don’t look like the “stereotypical type” but even then I felt absolutely awful when leaving here. I/We definitely won’t be coming back & I suggest anyone wanting to come here should think twice. : (

We bought a two-year-old 308 from Giuseppe at Robins Day Hatfield this week. We travelled some distance to view the car late one afternoon but Giuseppe was very accommodating. This made the process of viewing, negotiating and buying very easy and without usual pressure tactics. If you need a nearly new Peugeot I would recommend trying here first.

I met Billy, he was absolutely nice. Took time and explained things for me as a first time driver. I wanted to buy cash but didn't get car cash within my budget, I am exploring my options now.
