Excellent service at point of sale. Car presented well and friendly receptive staff with good product knowledge. Cars priced competitively without cost-cutting in other areas. Did not feel pressure to buy. Highly recommended.

Not bad as far as stealerships go. Good parts guys. Very helpful. Sales team need more product knowledge and slot more enthusiastic about the product and should be willing to go out of their way to provide customer service.

So I've owned my Mini from Westerly Yeovil for 4 weeks now. This is following up from my first review of them. The team are amazing and can't fault their work ethic. Also helpful when I have a question about my car. I really can't thank them enough for what they have done.
Honestly if you are considering a Mini, pop in and see them, I'm sure you would be really grateful with the service you receive from them.

Showroom full of cars. Clean and tidy space. Sales staff, asked if we wanted assistance, happy to help and advise. Did not push for a sale. 5 stars

I bought a used MINI from Westerly Yeovil in October and I couldn't be happier with the car and the service we received. Sarah went above and beyond to make it all go smoothly and I know I can contact her if I need help with anything. It is the best experience I have had at a car dealership - I can't fault it. Customer service lacking somewhat. This is our 2nd visit in 2 wks. Sat in waiting area yesterday decided to use the hot drinks machine. Wasnt able to use as had not been filled up i.e. coffee/hot chocolate etc. Member of staff didnt offer to replenish and walked away. I was left without a drink for the 40 mins i waited. On both visits i experienced unhappy customers. BMW please ensure your staff are full trained before putting them on the front desk to deal with customers.
