This car dealership sold me an unsafe car and my toddler and I were almost killed. Before delivering the car to me, they had changed 2 tyres and incorrectly replaced the wheel nuts. This caused a wheel to fall off the car while I was driving a few weeks later. I got lucky that the wheel dropped off just as I had turned off of a 50mph road. I have now been fighting them for months. They refuse to acknowledge responsibility, they refuse to refund me and they refuse to repair the car. Under the Consumer Rights Act, they have a responsibility to make right their wrongs as they sold me an unsafe car that was not fit for purpose regardless of whether the car has warranty or not but they are choosing to ignore me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Bought a car in April and he shortcut every job needed doing to it.

My message to trading standards-
I bought a car (Audi Q7 reg removed) from Best Quality Cars in Oxford. Since buying it with a 3 month warranty the faults that were covered under said warranty still exist. The owner “Adam” now refuses to fix the faults that are still problematic despite countless visits the repairer (Whitney Vehicle Repairs) after reporting the issues within the warranty period.
Faults:
DPF cut out and replaced with straight pipe
Power steering leak
Power steering motor fail
Water pump inoperable
Front crash rail damaged
Turbo actuation arms sheered and corroded
Engine management turned off limp mode active after ever 50miles
To list the main faults there were more

Definitely a 1st class car dealer. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole purchasing process was handled friendly, efficiently and professionally. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

In brief, the best dealership I've ever dealt with. A supet place to buy a vehicle. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Unbelievable DODGY car Dealer ever. First day I wanted to buy the car but I had to wait for finance , kept deposit £1500 but Finance was taking long, plus car had 2 damages in interior and exterior. Still I was interested to buy the car. As finance was taking long, I wanted my deposit back but Dealer refused to refund. So I had to buy the car as I wouldn't lose my deposit.

AFTER 1 MONTH CARS HAD 38 FAULTS CAME UP, INCLUDING ENGINE SIGN, ELECTRIC ISSUES, BRAKE, FRONT SHOCKS, AIRBAG, BATTERY FAULTS COME ON DASHBOARD.

I went to RAC recommended garage and garage said they thinking this car was involve in accident, as proof front bumper been changed and big damage on the roof, I saw the damage on the roof and he said it just wrap came off nothing serious.
Now I wanted to return this car as the warranty doesn't doesn't cover more than £500.
Dealer agreed with Finance to take the car back. Today I sent the car to him and didn't accept the car. I had to drive 2.1/2hours to get the key from the car as he didn't take the key from my recovery driver.
I hope no one makes this mistake like I did.
I don't recommend anyone to get car from this dealer.

3 months ago I bought a car from them as they helped me to get a finance despite my credit score is low . The car was as described and it has a good service and I am happy with 3 months free warranty form RAC and one year free brake down recover . I am satisfied with the car quality and the all staff friendly service
