I dropped my car there on a Wednesday and they told me it would be ready by Friday. 3 day service!
Had a call from Jamie from the service department telling me that it should be done and that they were having problems with a campaign. I did ask for the campaign to be done.
I sent a recovery truck to pick my car up at a cost of £200 to collect the car. The driver was sat in the waiting room from 1530 to be sat around for 2 hours for them to come out and say it will not be ready.
Jamie promised me that he would look at it on Saturday. Called them Saturday for the receptionist Mandy not to know anything about it.
I was selling the Ghibli to a private customer who wanted to collect the car on Saturday. My customer wasn't happen!! because he made plans.
Not only did I have to pay someone to go and sit in there waiting on the Friday for 2 hours I am now delaying the collection date for the customer

Spoke to Jamie to tell him the issues that I was having and to see if there was anything Maranello can do in the way of reducing the service cost which I would see as being fair due to the work they have carried out.
The fault with the car was due to a campaign that was carried out which I didn't ask for.
Jamie then put me on to Paul Witheron. Who wasn't understanding at all and very patronising. I have had a better service from my local garage who know how to keep a customer happy. VERY BAD SERVICE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
I spoke with Lisa around a week ago to discuss my options to upgrade to another new Maserati, again even in these difficult times she and her amazing team made my purchase an amazing event. My very first click and collect of a new car.
Over the past 35 months, either Lisa or Paul often pick up the phone just to say hello, this is very much appreciated and this is what makes Maranello special.
I generally replace my car every 3 years or so and have never been looked after by other dealers the way Maranello have looked after me, sales or service, just one big happy family. Thank you. Paul W
