Vindis ŠKODA Bury St Edmunds

Unfortunately not all Skoda dealerships are the same, I've used the two closest to my home in Norfolk, the first told me gave me wrong service intervals, in their favour. A shame to blame the place due to one person. The second firstly stole my wheels centres, after arguing they replaced them ... Next they told me an MOT would take two hours, they blamed emissions, idle speed, etc. When I got home I found they hadn't done the test. I phone the tester who told me my 20000 mile old Octavia was perfect. I also strongly doubted they'd changed my oil.

That was the cars history until I phone many dealerships around the country to try and find correct service intervals, the last one was Vindis Bury, I spoke to Kenny who amazing, every question I asked was answered in detail, service intervals were what I'd read. Kenny gave me confidence in Vindis. I've also spoken to Kenny's colleague Tom who's equally knowledgeable.
I've used Vindis twice so far, I've been stunned by the customer service and the quality of the workmanship.
Sorry for the length of this review, I was in the motor trade for many years and seen some terrible dealerships, Vindis are head and shoulders better than any of them.

A really good experience. We don’t buy cars often and can feel overwhelmed quite easily. Fair to say from the first visit to have a look, there was no “ after pressure”. It went a long way and felt we were buying from Connor ( the name of the chap), and not from a dealer. So far so good

Dealt with Emelia to buy our car and she was great. In all fairness all the staff were brilliant and they gave us a skoda Teddy for our daughter which was a nice gesture. Will come here again when our car is up for renewal. Thanks team!

Incredibly polite and knowledgeable salesman. Nothing too much trouble and no high pressure selling techniques, just good, reliable advice. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Vindis Skoda and the service we get has always been of the highest level.

Excellent service from everyone I dealt with at Vindis. I would however single out Conor for particular praise. He was professional, knowledgeable and not all pushy when guiding me through the process of choosing and eventually deciding upon my new Karoq. The paperwork was dealt with speedily and without fuss making the whole buying experience rather pleasant. My previous 4 Skodas have all been serviced at this dealership and I have no complaints with this or any other after sale issues. Thanks Vindis.

Excellent service when buying my car. For the staff, especially Emelia, nothing was too much trouble. Modern cars being the complex things they are, and me being a tad long in the tooth, everything was explained to me clearly and where I asked ,for assistance, it was immediately forthcoming. If you are in the market for a car, and a Skoda at that, then I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Vindis in Bury St Edmunds.

Emelia couldn’t of done any more in helping us purchase our car. Sorted out all part exchange and had car ready for us to collect when agreed. She went above and beyond a more car sale person to make sure we were happy and knew everything that was happening.

I have just bought a used Skoda Fabia, unseen due to distance, and had the car delivered. Emilia was brilliant sending me photos and videos and describing any small cosmetic issues which for a 9 yr old car were minimal just as she said.
Vindis were great servicing the car and replacing cam belt and 2 tyres before I took delivery, very happy with both the service and the car
