Jason might of been a nice guy but I don't think he's there anymore! Yes their friendly and charming but once you've bought a car which has a fault they didn't tell you about you never get a call back from them. I've been chasing them for nearly a year now doing a lot of the running around looking for the part myself..and even though I paid for the extended warranty they provide, they couldn't care less!! I'll never buy here again and I tell as many people as i can not to either!

Me and my mother went to Ripley Motors to view a black Peugeot 308, I spoke to a man that worked there supposedly the manager called Patrick. I asked him a few questions about the car and made him aware of the scratches on the car, he told me its fine because I'm a woman and sent its normal for woman to scratch cars which I thought was a very sexist remark.

My mother started arguing back an forth with him which was really irritating as no one wants to go and argue when they go to buy a car. I would like to add that Patrick is foul mouthed with a sexist mentality.

I would also like to add there was a boy who had curly hair I cannot remember his name but he apologised for Patrick and tried to help us as much as he could so I would give him a 5 star rating.

Overall terrible experience.

Just bought a car from Ripley Motors, the owner Jason we found a very friendly obliging person with whom we took an instant liking to, and we couldn't be more pleased with the way he dealt with the sale. We would recommend him to anyone, thank you Jason.

I've brought my Fiat 500 from Ripley Motors over 3 months ago, I wanted to wait until my warranty was over to leave a review just so I could see how they would deal with me. However the car that I brought from them has turned out to be amazing! At the time of sale I was told by Altin that the car would have a service done to it and a new MOT and it most definitely had it done because when I took it to my own mechanic he confirmed this.

I would recommend these guys they're really easy going.

Haven't purchased yet but received great service. Have been looking at their stock change over last few weeks and the cars are really well presented. Guy called Joe was not pushy and knows his stock may actually purchase my son's 1st car from them very soon.

I really should have been more wary of this company after reading reviews, and I would advise that you are too.

I purchased a vehicle from them with the promise that it would be ready in a few days with the visible rust on the sills repaired, a full MOT and service.

The car wasn't ready when they said it was, and I had to call repeatedly to get to pick it up, when I did receive the car only half of the rust treatment had been completed, I was told I could bring it back to be finished after the Christmas break but when I called to arrange I kept getting fobbed off.

It's now gone in for it's latest MOT and there is far more rust than was visible which needs to be welded, there's advisories for surface rust all over, including some that was meant to have been repaired before I was given it. There's no way that this rust has developed over a single year.

It appears that they may have falsified the MOT in order to sell me a rusty car at well over it's value.

Went here for a car wash . Tony and team thanks and a great job done and such a friendly service too.will be back live in Sheffield but use the Guildford Fitzpatricks . Hacky car now looks amazing thanks folks . Wicked job, awsome service 10 out of 10
