I recently purchased a Ford Focus ST from this garage & I categorically can not express enough just how pleased I am. It was by far the best ever car purchasing experience I have ever had, the owner Lee was outstanding from start to finish, he provided us with both excellent customer service & communication. He even stayed open for us in the evening so that we could view the car as we had to travel 45 miles to get to him. Another show of above and beyond service was on the day I picked the vehicle up he then called me that evening to ask if we were happy. As I'm sure many of you will agree that not only in today's market but today's world this level of customer service is very rare & I can not fault them in any way shape or from. 100% totally satisfied & would highly recommend to anyone. Requested some information on the car and a video a few days prior to the purchase, made up my mind and sorted the financials and then pickup went super quick! Lee answered all questions quickly, super knowledgeable and helpful!

Lee was great to deal with from staying late so I could see the car to being happy to answer my calls for the slightest thing.

I was looking to buy a Jaguar Sportsbrake and fell in love with the one Lee had for sale but the only problem was was that I live in Margate and it's a good 4 hour drive to get there. Let me tell you the first class service I had from Lee absolutely made the long distance worthwhile.
