Mercedes-Benz of Tamworth

I first contacted Mercedes-Benz of Tamworth over the phone and was met with Mo. The car I was inquiring about had been sold already but he quickly offered to try and find another exact type and spec. To my delight, I received a call back within an hour saying he had found an identical car he could offer me. From this point on Mo dealt with my purchase of an brand new A-class and the service was excellent. He answered all questions by phone or email very quickly and provided all the information I needed.

Now as if that wasn't enough to have perfect service, when I can to pick the car up on the arranged day they stepped the service up even more and provided a dream and seamless handover. You can see with the picture I have added that I arrived to my own section of the show room gated off, with balloons, a cover over the car and a red ribbon bow ready for the big reveal. But the best part of this was the personalised registration plate they must had pre ordered with my name on it to have on the car for the reveal (which I got to keep). To me this just showed how far they are willing to go to provide a great service and really make the customer feel special.

Mo was unable to be there with me on the hand over day but he organised a replacement and left me a thank you card and gift box which he really did not have to do, again showing they care and are willing to go the extra mile. My hand over was completed by Jack, who I would also like to shout out and thank as he did an amazing job. Once we got the paper work out of the way he showed off his knowledge and gave me a top to bottom walk through on how to operate my new car, which was very appreciated as I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me.

Overall I had amazing customer service throughout my whole experience, through all the people I had contact with. I would recommend Mercedes Tamworth and would give 6 stars if I could.

We had a great experience dealing with Paul Williams for our car purchase. He is quite knowledgeable and very patient with our queries and all the formalities involved. He and all the Mercedes-Benz of Tamworth team are extremely helpful to make sure the customer would have a great buying experience. It was the smoothest car related transactions I've ever done. I recently purchase a care plan at this dealership and the service advisor was excellent. Ashleigh took her time to go over the terms and conditions and made the whole experience hassle-free.
