Work carried out is usually done well and can get some cheap parts from here. The problem is the lack of communication due to the communication skills and the fact the phone rarely gets answered. Currently waiting to collect my car that is overtime and over original quoted price. Tried ringing twice so far today with no answer. Was told car would be ready mid week, it’s now Saturday.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Seemed fine at first but then Does not communicate, goes way over agreed price, says extra things have broke and says everything is fixed without talking to the customer to okay it first after an agreed price.hangs up on the phone and rude on the phone, makes all the excuses in the book.Should have read the bad reviews and YouTube videos reviews first then wouldn’t have touched him with a barge pole.!!!!

My Freelander had an intermittent fault for a couple months where it would hesitate and stall out only when turning right (weird I know). It had been in and out of garages constantly and no one could diagnose or find the fault.
Eventually I was recommended from my local garage to take it to Hi-Range and even though Bob was completely baffled, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue over the weekend!

I've been driving it for a few weeks now and it feels almost brand new again... I can't recommend enough!

Very friendly garage who quickly found the problem with my elderly Beetle door, managed to fix the mechanism at a very reasonable price. I was able to drive my special Bug away the next day!
Have used this garage many times and I recommend them.

First and last time I will use this place, claim to be landrover specialists they are clearly clueless and careless, car went in for job thats a 10 - 12 hour rated job had a call at the end of first week saying it was finished but cost had risen by £100, drove out of yard onto a38 into 70mph traffic accelerated and suspension deflates onto bump stops (never had this fault beforehand) limped back to hi range, had to leave with them as got to get to work, had already paid the £600 bill for the original job in cash, took 3 weeks and approx 25 phone calls most of which weren't answered, was told different things by different staff on the occasions they did answer, promised to call and update each time but didn't, sent emails which were unanswered, the problem they had caused had i been able to drive the vehicle home i could have fixed myself in an hour or two, I think this company should stick to just breaking vehicles after all they broke mine, never again!!!!!!!!😡

Update following reponse:-
The fact that the vehicle was low on fuel isn't really mitigating for the fact that it was handed  back to me with a dangerous fault, it was certainly not only 4 miles remaining and even if this was the case the vehicles suspension deflation onto bumpstops happened within 200 to 300yards, it then repeated the same with you present in the vehicle on second trip, I was then told that I had switched to access mode which I had not, this was down on bumpstops and undriveable, unbelievably I was then told that you had not touched my suspension, neat trick as the subframe which had been changed by yourselves mounts the suspension components to the vehicle, and as for your statement that you did not charge me for the work to be done to correct this issue, rightly so, why would I be expected to pay to rectify the fault that was caused by yourselves, I should be claiming compensation for loss of use of my vehicle for weeks due to your incompetence, just wish I had seen the video warning on youtube prior to entrusting your company to carry out work on my vehicle, oh well I live and learn. Please can i finally request that if you respond to this that your response is based on facts and not the twisted, lamentable untruth of your last reponse.
