Came in to see if I could part exchange my car and the lovely Becky Fogg helped me through the whole process. Sat down and explained everything to me, looked at different options and finally helped me decide as to what I wanted!!! Even made me and my sister a cup of tea whilst we chatted. Nothing was too much. Definitely recommend. Friendly, welcoming and quick service.

Booked an appointment with a Motability Specialist called Jason . What a lovey polite gentleman! Very knowledgable and informative about the car we had chosen. His advice helped us to confirm it was the correct choice of vehicle for us and also he listened to our queries and reassured us about all aspects of the car! Fantastic service from start to finish. Despite the delay, which is in no fault theirs, Jason Mcgoldrick helped us every step of the way from when we chose the car, to taking us through the mobility process and chasing it up for us - he was friendly, professional, kind and knowledgeable. When we collected the car he was once again so lovely and helpful showing us all of the settings on the car and going through everything in the agreement with us. Can’t thank Jason and Brindley enough for making the whole process the least stressful it could be. Thank you!
