Travelling in Yorkshire, when I had a major puncture on a Friday night. Phoned Ribblesdale early Saturday morning and asked if they had Range Rover low profile tyre. They said yes, bring the car in. Excellent service. Helpful staff. Can't praise them too highly.

My RRS was sounding unhappy! Allen Bathers the Workshop Controller, immediately came out for a test drive and the car was promptly booked in with a service car and repaired. A new diff was necessary and checks made for any ancillary damage etc.Very professional and meticulously checked and repaired. Great job. Thank you Allen and the service guys.

On the 3rd time of returning with the same issue Alan in service was allocated to the task and took the time to identify the issue and finally after 6 months the car is now fixed. His care and attention to detail and communication back to me as the customer was excellent.

Excellent workshop team! Called in to Ribblesdale Land Rover with a worrying knocking noise. The very helpful reception lady arranged for Allen Bathers from the workshop to take a short drive and diagnosed quickly a anti roll bar problem. This was them confirmed quickly via a ramp inspection. To my amazement I was then offered for the work to be completed whilst I waited. Roughly an hour from calling in, to driving away with the parts replaced and problem fixed. Absolutely brilliant service at every stage of the process. Felt confident and reassured with the updates, information and work provided by Allen and the rest of the team. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Whilst I’ll be far from the ideal customer as I made my vehicle purchase elsewhere, Matt Lawson on the service desk has been fantastic on numerous occasions in sorting out a few minor issues with my Land Rover. Matt has a great eye for detail and a true credit to the business! Only visited 4 times, but a truly personal approach to business. Top job 👍👍
