Collected our new Tucson last week and are very pleased with the car.
We were given a full test drive of the vehicle prior to purchase and we found Tim Coulson very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
We have used Staceys as they are a local, family-run business and would highly recommend them

Went back for a checkup on my boot which failed to close. Nothing was too much for the service dept. They attended to it promptly, repaired the mechanism and all was done within 30 minutes. I was very impressed and will definitely be using them again. 5 🌟 to the mechanic whose name escape me.

I have only praise for Stacey's. The Ioniq 5 was sold to me at list price while other dealerships were asking over-the-odds even for used cars. They were completely clear that, while this is a brand new car, it is a 22.5 model, not a 23 model. They were happy that I arrange for it to be transported and had it ready at the agreed time. It was beautifully presented. They tell me they will call in a couple of weeks to see how I am getting on and that I can ask them anything in the interim. The entire process has been straightforward. I have dealt with James Stacey who is clearly happy to be part of a thriving family business.

I bought my first Hyundai in 2015 and was impressed and pleased with how the car was sold. There was no hard sale. I am v suspicious of car salesmen but I trusted and believed the guy.
Stacey's also have a service plan; it covers the first 3 yearsand inckudes the first MOT. Tou pay a monthly amount - this amount is fixed. There are no catches and it is an excellent way to spread the cost.

I have changed my car and used the personal lease facility. This suits me.

The follow-up ftersales and car service is excellent.

Finally, the cars? It's no good having good service etc if the car is no good.
I think Hyundai cars are excellent. They may not have the 'x' factotum or the German cars, but they are reliable, drive well, look good and inho excellent value for money.

I am aware this review might look a bit 'gushing', but I have no personal cinbection to Staceys! I go back to them as they sell good cars and provide a good service. Other car dealers take note - its not that difficult to do.

Picked up my new i20 today. James Stacey was a pleasure to deal with. Would have given 5 stars if I could have got my first choice but not really Staceys Motors fault that there is much availability at present.
