Glyn Hopkins is located on Newmarket road, Cambridge. It is easily found located opposite the airport at the end of the selection of car dealers.
There is a designated car park for visitors with a disabled only bay. There was also a charge point for electric vehicles. The car park and surrounding sales area was of a good quality level smooth tarmac finish making it easy for wheelchair users. Upon arrival at the MG sales area I noted that the entrance was also wheelchair friendly with a well placed display of vehicles. The sales area was clean and very well presented.
I was greeted by Ashley Barker who was one of the team of sales advisors. Ashley was polite, and helpful and I found him extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he had for sale.
I returned to collect my chosen vehicle three weeks later and the service I received from Ashley was impeccable.
I would highly recommend Glyn Hopkins for your next car purchase as I found the service to be second to none.

Ashley is an excellent sales person, who is an asset for Glyn Hopkin Ltd. Thanks to Ashley that my husband and I bought two MG fully electric cars from this company. My husband got the MG5 Exclusive, I got the MG4 Trophy. We highly recommend Ashley and Glyn Hopkin to anyone, who wants to buy a car.

My experience was outstanding!! Ashley is an absolute asset to Glyn Hopkin. His customer service skills are 2nd to none. I felt so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I entered the showroom until I left. Ashley's knowledge and understanding of all the vehicles available (and those coming soon) was mind blowing. His after care service skills are brilliant and I certainly didn't ever feel like I was being forgotten about I needed to call to find out what was happening with my order.
I will certainly recommend your services to anybody but this is 100% down to Ashley's skills.

As soon as I stepped into the showroom I felt extremely welcome, the staff had fantastic knowledge of the products and explained them very well. I could not fault anything they have done as a team. The Test Drive on the MG4 was amazing, even though I didn’t have an appointment the guys made sure I could have a drive. Would highly recommend Glyn Hopkin MG Cambridge to anyone who is thinking about a MG

I've given a 1 star review as I booked a test drive of the Mg4 with sales advisor arrived to drive the car after traveling 25 miles to dealership to be told there car was on display at a shopping center and not available. Wasting my time and money if you knew the car wasn't available you could have called and saved me a wasted journey. Have now booked at a different dealership!

Very helpful and efficient service. Ashley takes time to find out about your needs and views and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t want. Very pleased overall with our sales experience. We’ll let you know about the car once we’ve been driving it a while. It drove really well in our test drive.

They didn't reserve the car despite the fact that I paid the deposit. They also told me I couldn't pay with HP when it wasn't true. The brand new car was delivered filthy (apparently you need to pay £350+ for a clean car), and with warning lights on. Lots of contradictory info told by different salesmen.
Lastly, I was asked to leave a 5 star review by the end of the weekend. On Sunday night, a few 5* reviews appeared all at the same times from profiles with just one contribution, very suspicious at least (and very poor from MG to rate their employees on reviews that can easily be faked)
