I recently purchased a Jaguar XF from Richard at Affordable car. What an excellent and easy service. Very clean and presentable business. I was greeting with a warm welcome and time to go and look around the car on my own. Excellent examples of cars and really great prices. Would 100% recommend if you are in the market for transparency, value for money and ease of business. The reviews ring true with what this company has to offer.

The one biggest aspects you look for when buying a new car is trust. Trust the advert reflects the car and it’s value. Trust from the proprietors that you will get a genuine service. And trust in the car itself. Having recently experienced at first hand awful customer experience with major dealers Audi and Mercedes where they talk the talk big time but that’s about it, Affordable Cars just get on with selling cars and doing it properly. I spotted a car one late Friday, enquired and got a reply same night. Viewed the car next day, put a deposit same time. Car was immaculate and true to their word. Picked the car up this weekend, did a 300mile return journey the very next day with no issues what so ever. Total trust in everything about this purchase. Thanks Richard and Jamie.

Not being a car mechanic buying a used car left me feeling apprehensive! Richard was very welcoming and left me to just take a look at the car in my own time. Trust is a massive thing when spending any kind of your hard earned cash, Richard has well and truly proven he can be trusted. The car is very clean, low mileage and looks almost immaculate! Would definitely buy from again! Highly recommend.

Buying a second hand car can be a minefield, pushy salesman and not as advertised cars, however this car Buying experience was a pleasure and so easy, Richard was extremely helpful and offered superb first class service! Highly recommended and would 100% use again when the time comes!

I must retract my previous review, as I had contact with Richard since. To be fair to him he was brilliant in sorting my problem I had with the car, ensuring that the car was fixed at his expense. He was helpful, patient and I can give nothing but praise to him. Thank you Richard, and I can’t praise the service and more importantly the after service more.

Bought a car from here recently, having travelled a long distance to pick up, what I thought was a great car at a reasonable price. However, engine management light came on before I even got home. With the assurance of a 3 month warranty, Richard was quick to respond and reassure that the problem would be solved and I could get it investigated not to my expense. Car booked into garage to sort problem but after what I thought was a good service and concern for the problem with my freshly bought car, there is now no response or correspondence from AffordableCar ltd; won’t answer my messages or calls to arrange payment of works to be carried out. Now having to sort the issue myself as I’ve taken the lack of response as them washing their hands of the problem. Such a shame as I thought the experience and responses to date were signs of a diligent and considerate salesman, I now have second thoughts on that matter. I feel my only port of call to regain attention regards my fault at purchase is to leave this review.

I can't express enough how brilliant these guys are. Brought a lovely car, they took it for it's MOT and did some bits for me without any problem whatsoever. My family and I will be using affordable cars from here on in. After bad experiences in the past I can honestly say these guys are genuinely brill!!
