I booked in my Lexus for an investigation of a Tyre pressure warning system fault. I know it is a Toyota Main dealer but as an ex vehicle mechanical engineer of this garage I used to work on Lexus too, as Lexus is part of the Toyota group. I explained everything on the phone, including that it was a Lexus, and booked a sit and wait appointment as to far to travel home again. When I arrived a very polite lady booked the car in and took my key. Then said take a seat and help yourself to coffee. I took a seat but the coffee machine was broken. I was then called to the desk from the Service manager, I think. He said they have no data for Lexus and they probably couldn't do anything but will have a look anyway. He said he will give me a phone call when ready. I said I was a sit and wait of which I said when booking the car in on the phone. He didn't seem very impressed and said it would be about 3 hours. In the end, about an hour and a half later he came out and said there was nothing they could do. Luckily he didn't charge me, for that I am grateful. In the future if someone phones to book in their Lexus I wish they would say sorry we don't do Lexus. It would of saved me 4/5 hours including travelling plus having to take a day off work for nothing.

I've bought my last three cars from Somerset Toyota and keep going back because the cars are good and the service is always faultless. Just waiting for delivery of a new car and dealt with Oli who i can't fault. Brilliant to deal with and really helpful.

Really professional but friendly staff. Excellent choice of new and used vehicles. After Sales team go the extra mile to keep their customers happy too. I highly recommend this place.

My car have warning sign problem that's way I took it there for repair. They told me that £114 for diagnosis the problem after wait 3 hours they told me that they could not find the problem so you have to bring the car again and we will charge you again. Still I am not getting it once I paid for diagnosis and they can't find the problem so why they charge £114 and if I have to come again what they charging me again if I paid once.

Lovely session this morning with Ryan who explained everything clearly and took the time for me to decide what car colours of the different specs of the 3 cars I was interested In .

Always great service here. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Car always spotless when returned. Feel their advice is always honest. Cars always run great after a visit.
