Bought my daughter’s first car at this garage. Rich was very helpful and made the whole process of buying a vehicle a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this company. He wasn’t pushy salesman and a friendly chap.
Rich will be the first person I go too when I need a car. When we were about to leave he presented me a bunch of flowers and my daughter a new bucket with all the car washing materials needed.
It made my daughter’s first car experience a delight.
I lovely touch and will definitely do business with this gentleman again.

We brought a car of him and before we drove off I noticed my side window hardly opened he said he would fix it ,few days later take car back,He says he has to order parts so we wait and wait so get in touch with him says bring car in (this was 3 weeks after we brought car) leave it with him for 2 and a half hours only to be told he not buying the parts as to expensive and has blocked me off Facebook so I can't get in touch on there ... a man who says one thing but means another...i know there our few people not happy with him at all

Rick couldn't have been nicer or more helpful if he tried. As others have said, not pushy in the slightest, offered advice and knows his stuff. If you want a second hand car at a decent price, you could do an awful lot worse than here - highly recommended.

POOR AFTER SERVICE .
my husband bought a car and was driving home when the windshield side strip came off.
When he went back he was told by mr Ferrari that he would order a new part and call him to come have it fitted. One month later still NO call and he is avoiding my husbands calls and not replying to any messages.
My husband was there today but not a soul in sight.
He is dodging my husband and avoiding him.
Terrible after service

I would like to give no stars, but it won't let me. Rick part exchanged my car, which has finance remaining on it. On the 2nd of June, to date he still hasn't paid, we are now the 16th of July, we have had to pay two more instalments plus charges. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.

Would love to have left zero stars but unfortunately Google wont allow it. Horrible man extremely rude. Tells you he will fix a problem then never picks up the phone and his cars are rubbish. Would never buy from there again and highly advise no one else to waste their hard earned cash!!

Had flat tyre, both front tyres very low, front bumper lip
Hanging off on one side, drivers side has tear, said we would look, didn’t say we would buy car, very pushy, swearing moaning that he had to drive 20minutes but has drove off somewhere in in a mini very fast, which could be someone’s new car, I wouldn’t apreachate someone driving maybe my new car hard and fast, and left other car in car park, do not buy from this man. Very rude, insurance quotes for a 28year old on a mini and Clio are extortionit. So
Not cheap cars if you include insurance. Go elsewhere the car we looked at was a black Clio 55plate in black.

I too wish I had read the reviews 1st before buying my car ! True he's charming and not a pushy salesman BUT sold me a car that had serious problems ....a dudd battery and an oil cover Glued together !!?! Taken me 2 years to leave my review but need now to join forces and say DO NOT BUY FROM APEX CARS !!!!
