I sold my car and got a very good price. Was done so quick and easily. I dealt with Lucy and Ash and they were fab. They were friendly, professional and made my experience so easy.

We purchased a vehicle via click and collect, that arrived to Newcastle under Lyme Arnold Clark from Aberdeen Arnold Clark. We received great videos of the car condition by the Aberdeen team, as well as regular updates. Click and collect was an easy and convenient way to get the car. Lucy from Newcastle under Lyme AC greeted us outside on our arrival. We were able to inspect and test the car, and she was not rushing us even if we hadn’t been able to arrive until close to closing time. There was some delay on getting the paperwork completed, which meant Lucy stayed beyond her working time , to ensure we were all sorted and could get the car keys and leave with our new purchase. As someone else said here already, Lucy at Newcastle under lyme branch made the experience stress free. Lewis from Aberdeen equally was very helpful. We would highly recommended both.

Picked up our brand new Hyundai i20 N-Line here on a click and collect service from their Glasgow branch. The colleague who did the hand over was Lucy.
