Was very easy to get an appointment and as expected I was offered less for my car than was quoted online - they are professionals and will notice all the marks that may not be viable to the untrained eye. In the end I only achieved a trade-in price, but that did allow me to get a better deal on my new purchase. Paperwork took a while, not as quick as their adverts would have you believe, but overall I was very satisfied with the service I received in Taunton.

Dealt with George throughout the whole process. I received a precall before my appointment with a reminder on what to expect, what to bring, & the Covid 19 policies in place. I arrived at the scheduled time & was dealt with straight away & was gone within 20 mintues. Great service form start to finish.

First time made an appointment towards end of the day so I can go after work. Got there and knocked on the door several times, no answer. Called and no answer on the phone. Someone eventually came out and apologised. Took a look at the car and downvalued from about £7,400 to £7,090.

Left it and decided I’ll go back to the dealership I was buying from as their trade in offer was higher than this. Lots of miscommunication with the dealership (not preparing paperwork etc.) so I got another quote from WBC, booked an appointment and went a few days after the first visit.

Guy called Alex came outside quickly. Very nice, polite honest guy. Valued about £7,300. Completed paperwork and handed over keys, all sorted within about 15-20 mins. I didn’t get payment immediately as the clearance letter for the finance wasn’t yet available. Once confirmation from finance provider was available, the payment was processed.

I did get told WBC would email me the invoice for the sale immediately. I chased for it several times. Until this day (about 2.5 weeks later), I still haven’t received the invoice!!

Communication isn’t the best but they do what they say they’ll do - I.e. they’ll buy your car without hassle, so I’m pleased with the experience generally.

Efficenct, professional and friendly made the transaction painless and straightforward. Didn't get the value quoted of course but didn't expect too, but happy with fair price.
Made selling an old second hand car the easy option, dealt with log book and tax so less hassle for me. All done in 20 minutes, thank you .

Friendly and upfront. My car whilst mechanically sound was not in great condition cosmetically and the price offered reflected that leaving maybe a 12% difference had I sold the car privately. For me that was the cost of convenience. So long as you're realistic then it's a good service.

The customer service was great. Friendly and welcoming.
I got a fair and professional evaluation of the car considering was '03 plate.
Don’t expect to get the price quoted in the website as this would be for perfect condition. A small dent, a scraped alloy and a scratch took £££ off the original quote. I actually got a bit more than my original expectation.
Brett was very fair and talked me through everything as he looked around the car. It comes down to expectations, Be realistic and you can’t knock the service.
5* High Recommended.

Simple quick way to sell your Car. No fuss or advertising, no waiting for the punters that never show. The whole process was done within 30 minutes and with a very good price offered, no deduction estimated price. Recommended. .

Awful. I give 1 star as the system doesn't allow nil star reviews. I arrived for my Saturday 0900 appointment to find the place unmanned and locked. I left two messages on the answerphone and emailed twice while waiting 30 mins. No-one turned up and no-one responded while there nor afterwards.
I got a call from someone in the company (who didn't appear to be in Taunton) Saturday evening asking if I was ready for my Sunday appointment - I told them what had happened and they said they would ring me back - you guessed it, they never got back to me.
I then got an email the next day (automated) saying I didn't turn up for my appointment.
