Car was fully serviced, had a brand new mot, tank of fuel and taxed before I arrived. I've bought VW's before form other main dealers closer to home, none have been exceptional apart from Vertu. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic service, the team at Mansfield turned a couple of disappointing visits ( only because the fault would not replicate ) into a positive, from walking in to collecting the car the next day the communication and professionalism of the staff was brilliant, sent over some videos of the fault that has been ongoing and the parts were then ordered overnight and repaired and ready to collect the next morning. Really impressed with the patience of the staff trying to sort the vehicles intermittent fault and when the car was collected it was gleaming, nice personal touch taking me out to the car and checking i was happy with the repair followed by a hand shake, Thanks again and see you next service.

Took my car here on Wednesday for an expected expensive repair. Staff were lovely and welcoming, and the car was fixed, given a full body check, and given a wash for a fraction of a price. I would definitely recommend this branch.

Went through a long-distance approved used car buying experience with Naglis today.
Unfortunately I didn't end up buying the car after the test drive due to a perceived issue by me, but Naglis was completely professional and very helpful throughout the process. Prompt and satisfactory responses to all my requests and we both did everything we could to make the sale work, but it just wasn't meant to be.
Always felt looked after with Naglis and never railroaded in to any decisions, and he still gave me a lift back to the station after the deal fell through! A pleasure to work with, and would highly recommend to anyone considering the used car buying process with Naglis at Vertu.

Always avoided Dealships in the past, but decided to see what they could offer with a fault. Chris Smith the technician was very good. Very transparent with what he was doing and could offer, very knowledgeable and this dialogue with Chris encouraged us to use Vertu Mansfield.
