I required a couple of adaptions which were completed by Des Gosling engineers at the Vauxhall site.

Had my car looked at by the service and repairs team and was fixed in 3 days whereas my main Mercedes dealer took over a month to even suggest at what the problem might be. Offered a courtesy car too. I was in contact with head of servicing (Steven) throughout and he was immensely helpful. Literal lifesaver! Despite being a Merc. They offered to look at it even though they were a voxhall garage. Excellent service. Kind friendly staff (Peter). Could not be happier :)

Picked up my mums new motability car today and the whole team was great, Wayne who we mainly dealt with was lovely and a good laugh and very informative and they all made us feel very welcome and assured we had picked the right car 👍👍

Absolutely phenomenal service!

We received the most outstanding service at Bristol Street Motors Lichfield when trading in our old car for a new one. Nick made the process very easy and could not do enough to help us. Even after everything was finalised we had a follow up courtesy email a couple of days later to ask if everything was going well with our new car and to just get in touch if we had any questions/issues. We would highly recommend Nick in new car sales to anyone thinking about buying/leasing a new car.

The aftercare service has so far also been wonderful. When we had a little concern about the collision sensor in our new vehicle (which turned out to be nothing to have worried about at all), Nick arranged to have it checked on a day that suited us. The staff in the service department were so friendly and had everything sorted for us quickly and efficiently - they even washed the car for us before we came to collect it!! We left with complete peace of mind and a sparkly car.

Customer service at such a consistently high standard is quite rare to come across nowadays and we really are pleased we chose Bristol Street Motors Lichfield for our new car. Would highly recommend to anyone!
