Global delays made the sale a longer process than expected but the staff did well.
The vehicle handover was very professionally done and had me back on my way happy in my new car.

I have nothing but praise for the service I received. The team are friendly and helpful. The whole process from choosing my new car to hand over was smooth and nothing was a problem. They didn’t let the car leave without being in the best condition inc new tyres, breaks, alloys repairs etc. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Connor and Jason x

Thank you for the excellent service received by Georgia at the service desk this week when we took our car in for its annual service and mot. The team kept me informed about our vehicle and really helped us with a tyre issue there and then, so the mot went smoothly and we received our ioniq back nice and shiny having passed her test. Great to have bought our car from a garage with thoughtful customer service and such supportive after sales staff.

Had a test drive of an i30n Performance, Suzie looked after me exceptionally well, outlined the deal perfectly and made sure nothing was left unturned. safe to say I purchased the car! Since agreeing a deal she has kept me informed about the progress of my car and I am looking forward to arranging collection! Amazing service, cannot recommend enough

Have had my car serviced here for the last 4 years at great expense and now I have tried to get them to carry out a safety recall. I spoke with the service department to book the carm in which I was informed by Hyundai that it would take approximately 15 minutes the person on the phone was unhelpful as he wanted me to leave the car with them all day as I had asked for the sat nav to be updated as they had not completed the up date when asked to do so when the car was serviced in June. He told me that the up date could take up 6 hours which I find hard to believe.
I told him that i would be unable to do so and asked if it could be done in a morning he said if I didn't stop talking over him which I didn't he would dump my call, i asked to speak with his manager which I did but this proved uneventful. I have decided not to use to this company ever again, I would encourage others to do so.

Andy Hallums is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and which suited my needs. He was always friendly and courteous and made the purchase an easy and pleasant experience. I love my new car and was very pleased when I learned the delivery date was to be earlier than expected. I cannot rate the service highly enough and the car (Tucson) is a lovely and comfortable drive!

We recently bought our Hyundai Tucson here and I can absolutely recommend them. Extraordinary customer service, very friendly staff with great knowledge of their stock and vehicle's data. Especially thank you for Mathew Ogley to help us in everything we needed and made our purchase smooth and easy.
