Daniel the Motability agent was very friendly and informative. We had a test drive in the vehicle we had chosen and he explained everything in great detail as it was our first time in an electric car. Overall a great experience would definitely recommend them .

Would definitely recommend Pentagon Mansfield. I saw my new car online and because i lived so far away i rang for details. I spoke to Dan Atkinson who was amazing from start to finish. He did a video call which allowed me to see the whole of the vehicle and sorted out the finance allowing me to purchase.
Everything was sorted within a week. (delay due to me waiting for my car insurance claim payout) i cant thank Dan enough.

Brilliant experience buying my first car. Charlie was superb and the whole team were really hands on with helping each other. Will definitely be back to see Charlie when I’m ready to change :)

MA68 BKK DO NOT BUY THIS CAR, it has multiple issues that the dealer refused to rectify and we finally sent it back at a loss of over £2k. The dealer is now advertising with an incorrect mileage on the advert. It has multiple electronic warning light issues and a very worn gear box. Save your money and go elsewhere. The warranty they give is not worth the paper it’s written on. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The guys and girls here took on my car as an insurance job very quickly, front face staff are friendly and supportive.
The courtesy car I was given whilst better than walking, wasn't up to spec and was completely filthy inside and out, even down to cigarette Ash, least I hope its that as the alternative is someone's flaky scalp filling the rear foot well. Not the end of the world, however, particularly with covid still a thing, I would have expected it to be much cleaner for a car covering less than 600 miles.

MA68 BKK - DO NOT BUY - MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THIS CAR INCLUDING GEARBOX AND ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT SYSTEM - paid £15,395 for this car in July and returned it in December due to the several issues that they failed to fix. They gave me £2k less than I paid for it yet are selling for £15,295 still. Returned it with over 25k miles on the clock yet their website reports the car as having done only 22k miles so they are fiddling with the clock. SCAM MERCHANTS DO NOT PURCHASE!

Excellent car (Astra Griffin), the whole experience from start to finish was A*, helped by great banter from Maxine in sales.
