I bought a reasonably priced car here. There were a couple of faults evident during the test drive, but I was assured that these would be fixed ready for collection, unfortunately that was not the case. A couple of additional faults became apparent shortly afterwards, which was quite disappointing. Fortunately, these were remedied under warranty - but did involve multiple trips back and forth on my part.
Overall I feel that I got good service and good value for money, but some inconvenience.

Recently got a car from here. Gino seems a great guy, very helpful, a genuine honest car salesman. Would recommend buying from here.

Gino is lovely, a real genuine salesman. I have had a good experience as a customer with Autopoint. The thing that seperates him to others is the way he goes out of his way to make your life as easy as possible. Highly reccomend using him and he has some lovely cars for sale.

Highly recommended- if your after a used BMW this is the place to go. Gino is the most helpful and honest dealer you will ever meet. He takes pride in the cars he sells and is clearly passionate about making his customers happy. Will certainly use again in the future.

I bought a BMW 1 Series from Gino in June. I've called him on a couple of occasions since (as I'm not mechanically minded) and he's always been more than happy to help. More recently he has gone above and beyond to help me with an issue which fortunately turned out not to be an issue, and in actual fact I wasted his valuable time and resources (for which I am very sorry), but he was so lovely to me throughout and he didn't bill me for the bits he did kindly complete. His after sales/customer service really is fantastic! I would highly recommend him and will definitely go back when I'm in the market for a new BMW.

I came down from Glasgow to buy a bmw 1 series after speaking with Gino on the phone. The car was in great condition for its age and was a really good price. After inspecting the car Gino put on 4 new tyres as they were getting low. There were two small issues once I got back to Glasgow but after speaking with Gino he got them sorted without any issues. 10/10 customer service and great cars. I will definitely be getting my next car here.

I bought a car from this dealership, and I highly recommend that there were some small problems with the car which were fixed in a flash and with a smile on my face. I will definitely buy a second car in the same garage ... I haven't seen anyone treat a customer like that 😊. I recommend it again .. Jakub
