I made a car purchase, a low mileage BMW, from West bridgford car sales. The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We arrived at a fair price for the vehicle and gave me a great trade in price, a fair bit more than we buy any car. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was going to leave 4 stars as no valet on the car but I can't because I turned up earlier than expected. Good person to deal with, straight talking, no avoidance, allowed time to check car, test drive, road tax and complete the purchase. Make sure to bring a pen LOL (sorry Rupert!). 6 month warranty and 12 month basic AA recovery too!

Nice bloke and a good laugh, great to deal with, drives a hard bargain but we had a good laugh about it all haha. Very organised and very legit with the warranty and break down cover he provides! Love my new BMW coupe Msport, would definitely recommend to friends, family or anyone asking where to look for a car! Was a pleasure doing business with you and would definitely come back with huge peace of mind when I need my next car. A car dealer you can definitely trust, 5 star mate.

Car wasn't fit for purpose. Purchased car end of May 2020, faults after fault, contacted the owner about issues, but received abuse!! The mileage on warranty cover he gave me was less than on mot certificate which was done in March?? So warranty void. I have ended up with a repair bill of over £3000, due to oil seals being sealed with SILICON !! Poor customer service, UNTRUSTWORTHY DEALER!
Owner not interested, I am in the process of taking Mr Dhund to small claims court.

Decent Car, Flexible company, offer warranty, however I was told when I first went to look the Cambelt had been done so I paid my deposit. When I went to pick it up and check all the paperwork It hadn't been done so was left on the spot with either a decision to take it or leave it. I shouldn't have been left in a predicament like this and a proper company should have got this done out of good will for what I payed for the car but he made me pay half. I had no choice as my misses was pregnant and I was in urgent need of the car. Also there was a little plastic clip near the air intake what caused the box to slip out and you don't expect to buy an expensive car with snapped clips. When I took it back the words were " I don't see why I should pay for it". I didnt argue there and then because that's not me but just a pre warning for everyone. I think its a ad way to treat your customers. However the car is beautiful mechanically I cant take that away from them. They sell decent cars.

Very polite and very helpful in every single aspect, told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle, took me for a test drive and was very happy with the drive and the condition of the vehicle, I am very pleased with the service I have been given and would definitely recommend these guys to all my family and friends. Any questions I had they were answered in great detail and made me understand everything I wanted to know about the vehicle as well as the specifications. If I could give more stars I definately would without any hesitation.

Purchased a 2013 BMW 125d (bi-turbo) in March 2021 from West Bridgford Car Sales, was fine on the test drive then on the drive back the car went into limp mode after 20 miles. Not what you expect from a car with 77k miles but I get that issues can pop up so took it back the next day to be resolved.

This is where the problems began, overall Rupert had the car for 6 weeks and basically no progress was made on the fault even though it had a new inlet, EGR valve was checked apparent by the missing cover that goes around the solenoid and various turbo control valves. Also DPF backpressure and O2 sensor wiring was not fixed back to the plug holder causing the plugs to begin to melt. Communication basically ceased during this point which doesn't fill you with confidence.

I deciced to get the car back so that it could be sorted in a reasonable time frame as I required it for work commitments, when I turned up more parts were being fitted which would 'fix' the fault in hand. This fix lasted two days then we were back to square one with limp mode and no small turbo kicking in due to the changeover flaps not being supplied vacuum.

Then diagnosed the fault myself which was the two pressure converters leaking vacuum to atmospehere therefore dropping the vacuum pressure in the vac system not allowing the wastegate and turbine/compressor changover to be controlled, replaced both pressure converters with OEM Pierburg valves, replaced all vac lines for good measure and corected some incorrectly routed vac lines and the car is running 10x better than it ever did. All this was done in a week and most of that was waiting for the parts to be delivered! Not sure what was going on for 6 weeks especially when full time mechanics were working on it?

Rupert did agree to pay for the repairs which is only £250 for the parts as I fitted these myself cutting out labour charges but is now not responding to correspondences.

Overall wouldn't recommend buying from West Bridgford Car Sales based on my experience and how it was handled but your mileage may vary.
