We just came to the Citroen Nottingham to have look as I wanted change my diesel for electric car. We have not been there for 30 seconds and one the sale staff came to welcome us. And then we spoke with Jevon. His service was excellent from the start he offered us a nice cup of coffee and we went through the cars. Jevon was just a man with the knowledge about electric cars and helped me to choose one. He had sorted all paperwork for my new car and old was left as a deposit. We just sign the paperwork and left with the big smile on our faces. All process was very smooth. We had to wait for a car a couple of weeks as it was not in this branch but then it finally arrived. What a joy experience with Jevon and sale manager Barry. If I could I would give them 100 stars. I would recommend this branch to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Billy has been fantastic for our car buying process. He found us our dream car and helped us ensure everything was perfect for its delivery. A genuinely lovely sales man and would buy from him again thank you for our new car! 😁

Customer service were friendly, helpful, offered hot drinks to all the family. The car was in for software update which was done early as complimentary they washed the car which was very much appreciated. Considering to return.

Bristol Street motors in Nottingham were absolutely fantastic with me. As a first time car buyer and only just passing my test I knew nothing about cars or what car would be the best for me. Javen (Jay), Dan and Barry were extremely helpful with choosing the right car for me- including all the mod cons I need as a young person 😂- aswell as being in my budget. They explained everything clearly and involved me within the whole process. They were always available to speak to me and answered all of my questions professionally even when they were simple ones. I highly recommend them and they have made me a happy first time car buyer. Will definitely stick with them!
