Had a really great experience buying a car recently with Beechwood Autos. Shiv was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us, and he made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Excellent service and we will definitely come back in future. Thank you!

** In response to Beechwood Autos reply, you are wrong and you know it. The initial deal before buying the car was for it to have a service and fresh MOT. You offered to pay for the MOT but not 'any repairs' as you stated below in your reply. The service document you sent over days ago isn't worth anything either and you know it. It doesn't proove that any service was carried out, no invoice number, no details of the service that took place, no prices for parts, no due date, etc.

The car did not have 7 months MOT as the reply states, this is a blatant lie. It arrived with us with only 5 months left on it. I have all the proof. After Beechwood Autos read my initial review on here (below) and after I emailed stating that I will have no choice but to take things further, Rishi the owner then emailed me in disgust, stating because I had left a negative review, he will no longer be offering to pay for the MOT. Petty? We are taking this the whole way.

Regarding another review on here from someone called Megan Clark, I can sympathise with her and confirm that they do not like to answer your calls, but they can be caught out if you call with another number. And Rishi does seem to be abroad on holiday a lot, especially when there's a problem that needs attention. **

Terrible customer service after buying the car, no MOT or service included after buying even though I was promised so in writing. Please don't go through what we have and stay clear. Once they have your money, the door is closed.

High quality cars and service. Recently bought a car from these guys, they were very professional and helpful. Car is in immaculate condition also. Would certainly buy here again.

Amazing experience buying a car from Beechwood from start to finish. Travelled from Manchester and was well looked after. The car was immaculate and exactly as described. Really quality customer service with a smile.

Brought a range rover off them there was a issue but fare play they sorted it,not many companies like that.
