Went took at a used car recently. They had one I liked and I asked if they were interested in my current car. They offered £200. I guess that's a no then. They tried to get me to leave a deposit on the car I went to see. I said no. When I got home and checked it online, it had some issues I was not happy with, so glad I didn't buy. I have since had 2 separate valuations on my current car at £1700
. So glad I walked away

DO NOT GO HERE! I never write reviews complaining but this is the worse place I've ever been. Went to look at a car that looked good over the internet and when I got there the car was in a terrible state. As I had signed the finance agreement over the phone (that I thought I could get out of) the owner point blank refused to allow me to leave the agreement and I had to go back to London still owning the car I didn't want. In the following weeks he refused to take any of my calls. I had to turn up there myself to collect the car I did not want. Honestly go to another car dealership and save yourself getting mugged off

Awful garage, my son bought a car from here start of the year, had absolutely nothing but trouble with it. The sales service is dire, the salesman Mark just doesn't give a toss give him a call or go down to see him and be ready to walk away.

Don't be fooled by the RAC approved, they send your car to EXPRESS MOTORS in Burton On Trent, and these guys don't know the difference between a spanner or a screwdriver, we had issues with brakes and all manner of warning lights, which in the end we had to take to another garage instead of letting those bodgers continue working on it, don't trust their MOT's either clearly a print off.

now 6 months later the clutch has completely failed resulting in an additional £1000+ bill The positive reviews on this page are fake and done by their friends.

Seriously do not buy from these clowns, you will get ripped off.

While searching for my next car I found this lovely garage brilliant cup of tea just how I like it! Staff were excellent and friendly. So helpful can’t fault their customer service 10/10. Some people complain about their cars on this writing reviews but don’t know what else you expect when buying a used car? I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Buyed my BMW 3 series from here a few days ago and the car is exactly how I expected it to be when it got delivered, very happy with the turnover, within 2 days of me calling the car was at my doorstep with a small delivery fee. I will be coming here again if this car continues to be good.😁😁

Having gone through many main dealers, I can say I've had a better experience in having help choosing a new car which the team helped make sure it was what I needed. The aftercare provided by the team is also incredible answering all questions I've had since hand over.

Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable about the cars they sell. Any questions asked were answered without hesitation and in good detail.

Altogether a very friendly and honest dealership!

After looking for a more economical car, I decided to buy from here as they offered me a good deal on my Porsche cayenne. Being impatient I wanted the new car, a golf, there and then. Needless to say they offered my first clean free and a service at my leisure, which they did the following week! Highly recommend!
