Matt Johnson Prestige

What a fantastic experience! After searching for the right car for some time I found Matt Johnson Prestige. Unfortunately 400 miles away from my home, but it was the right car. I spoke to Matt after making an email enquiry and after discussing the car I put down a deposit. Matt is a real enthusiast and totally pressure free. I was somewhat daunted about buying a car without seeing it first, however accurate descriptions and a very honest attitude gave me the confidence I needed. Within a week my car was delivered by a superb driver called Nigel. The car is excellent.

I would not hesitate to buy from Matt and the team again, they play fair, there's no pressure, its a great experience.

From the moment I saw the first pictures of Matt's garage I had a positive feeling.... that feeling continued throughout my whole experience with the team. Not many people truly understand end to end customer value, but Matt does. When I attended his showroom he was on holiday, Rudi and Luke took care of me incredibly well - I never felt pressured, concerned or anything but positive from beginning to end . Everything Matt does is obviously considered, diligent and applied with unquestionable attention to detail. If you value relationships this is the place to go - Matt, you know this already, but keep your staff happy - they are clearly such a testimony to everything you represent.. Thank you for challenging the standard in this industry, raising it and then some.......

First class car and first class service! From the minute I spoke to Luke about purchasing and part exchanging my car, to taking delivery to my home address over 300 miles away in a fully covered transporter, the team (Rudi too!) at Matt Johnson Prestige have been fantastic. I’m over the moon with my car, and cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle. If only all dealers were this good!! Great job guys.

I wasn't sure at the beginning to buy car from them but decided to trust reviews. This was my first time to buy car without seeing it before which I never did. Luke was great and very helpful, he definitely have experience to deal with different people. I wasn't buying expensive car, still approach was exceptional that proved there excellence. Car was almost perfect which is the most important to have peace of mind for next couple years. I will definitely choose them in future.

I can’t recommend Matt Johnson prestige enough, I exchanged my Cayman for an Evoque with Luke and after a couple of Minor issues upon delivery the after care service I received was truly second to none!!

I’ve recently worked in the motor trade and I can say with confidence Matt and his team are without doubt the best I’ve every encountered.

I personally would like to thank Luke for all his support during my purchase.

Please don’t give it a second thought, you won’t find any better than Matt Johnson prestige.

‘The perfect garage’

I would like to thank Matt and all his team for making the purchase of my BMW M2 Competition a special day.

Having picked up the car around two months ago from over a 400 mile round trip, it was fully worth it.

The car was prepped absolutely perfect, the showroom and whole setup is faultless and spotless and with a very friendly welcome.

For me and what is always important is the after service – I did have a minor issue, but this was swiftly rectified, no messing about. A lot of dealers will take your money and if there are any issues further down the line it’s a chasing game…. Not here, all resolved easily.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a genuine car of perfection to look here, no matter where you live in the UK.

Matt and his teams dedication and customer care outshines many other dealers of this calibre.

Fantastic service. I found Luke to be very responsive, patient, helpful and enthusiastic. He was a pleasure to work with which really enhanced the buying experience.

Connor the detailer was also brilliant, he prepped the car to an incredibly high standard cleaning the brakes, wheel arches, everything and even talked me through what he had done, which demonstrates that he takes real pride in his work.

I would not hesitate to return to this dealership again.
