There was good communication from the garage prior to the appointment with a reminder of the date and time of the service beforehand. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. The service was completed in less than 2 hours and the car was nice and clean when I went to pick it up.

For my past 4 cars, I have used this establishment. Steve has been a massive help when it comes to getting the best deal for me and ensuring that I have a good experience. He has done this excellently and would thoroughly recommend him. No doubt this dealership holds very high standards.

Aaron took the time to listen to what I wanted from a car and found me the perfect vehicle. He took time to explain everything too. The salesman didn't make me feel at all like a valued customer, had I not come into Richard Sanders with a fair idea of what I wanted to buy, I would have walked out again. Communication has been poor and the collection process was disappointing, to say the least. The salesman was polite but I came away with you feeling that once you had my signature on the dotted line on the order, you stopped caring about me at all, not that it was a brilliant experience before that, being kept waiting and late for another appointment as a result

If I could I would give Aaron a lot more stars I have been dealing with Aaron from the Kettering branch for many years with buying cars he is absolutely brilliant he has sold my family cars as well and I would highly recommend him I have just brought a 22 plate Dacia and love it to bits...so if your not sure what you want see Aaron he will help
