Great local business for having car serviced and mot. Truthful and realistic prices, advice was great. Very friendly and reliable. When getting a part for mot they advised the scrap yard as a new part would be very expensive, honesty like this is very appreciated when dealing with cars.

I've been using their garage for the past 10 years. I called them to book a service for my car and the guy was rude and very unprofessional. He was upset that I got his personal number and he could not think that he might have called me in the past. I am extremely disappointed with such unprofessionalism, poor customer service and unnecessary attitude. I feel as if I've wasted my time and money using their services. They are a bit expensive but I was all for supporting local businesses

I rang the garage this morning with an airbag fault on my BMW 325i. The mechanic said - we’ve got the tool needed to diagnose the issue - pop in when you can.
So I popped in 15 mins later; they checked it; diagnosed it; fixed it and explained it.
I was back home a few minutes later with a smile and a fixed car.
Wonderful, friendly service, just like a garage should be.

Took car there for mot a few weeks back, granted it failed on a couple of things which I've now replaced but the tester also put down several advisories which to find when I went to get them done they were perfectly fine and like new!

Tester was also rude and tried to make out I had a coolant leak on the vehicle which is doesn't as I've had it all checked over.

Took vehicle to another garage for mot today passed with no issues

Really nice guy there who tested my Battery free of charge and I was not even a customer, I was just driving by. But would definitely go there to take a look at their cars that are for sale. Thanks again for taking the time to look at my car. 😁
