I really enjoyed the friendly professionalism that Jack & James showed me. I bought my Spider from them and everything was just right. Gareth was the same and I got a really good feeling that the team were working together well. Proper customer service with a smile. Jack has contacted me since to ensure I’m still very happy with everything, which I am.

I purchased a brand new Fiat 500 from here and I would never buy a car from them again. I took my car in for an MOT they said it had failed due to front shock absorbers which where not covered under the warranty, cost of repair was over £500, as the car was only three years old I was surprised so took the car to another garage for a second opinion. The second garage said there was nothing wrong with the shock absorbers and my car passed the MOT no problem. I would never trust this company, they are only after your money and in my opinion will continue to use underhand tactics to extract as much cash from you as possible. very bad indeed.

Just collected our brand new Fiat 595 Abarth today. We were greeted very warmly and a nice hot drink was also waiting for us, James even remembered we don't take sugar .The welcome and professionalism of the service received from James and Gareth was refreshing - a special thank you to you both.
Just got home after a lovely drive into Bakewell and Ashbourne. Thanks for the recommended route James it was glorious.

Just like to say a big thank you to Gary and Eliza for looking after me and my punto last week when it needed its annual service. The loan car was really nice an clean (could have been faster though haha) I have been coming here for the last nine years and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The technicians are always happy to come out with me on road tests - my car likes to make lots of strange noises but it has never let me down, these are the only guys I trust my car with.

I bought a thermostat for my Fiat, off their eBay page. Supposedly an original Fiat item, 3 months later the thermostat starting leaking. At first I thought it was a gasket, but even a new genuine gasket from another Fiat dealer. Didnt cure the problem, a mechanic checked it. And noted that under close scrutiny, the thermostat itself was mis shaped. And he wasn't convinced, that it was a genuine item. An with the manufacturing fault it had, it would always leak. So it was bad luck, or good fortune that it hadn't leaked initially. So I had to buy another thermostat and gasket, from a different Fiat dealer. This isn't the first time, I've had problems with the parts they sell. And also with the parts department, at this dealership. That was the final straw, I would of complained. But seems little point, they never seem to care. Plus the parts person I'd spoken to, is always very condescending. Can honestly say, I will never buy from them again. There prices might be okay, but don't count on the parts and parts staff being any good.
Very terrible sales person , John lied to sell the car, luckily I dint fell in to his trap. Looted my deposit and never bother to refund it . I would recommend to avoid visiting this place . I have to dispute my transaction with my bank , it is still in process .

We've had many problems with Abarth Stoneacre Chesterfield over the 3 and half years. In 2018 we purchesed a brand new Abarth 595 and when we got home the was no floor mats in the car. I called Abarth uk and they said that there standard in the turismo. So we had to return to collect them 34 mile round trip. Next issue was the second service I got home and checked the oil level to find no oil on the dip stick. We had to return to have 2 litres of oil added another 34 mile round trip. In September 2021 we purchased another brand new Abarth 595 comp. When we got home we found no handbooks or service book in the car not good!!. I had the car booked in for a Tracker/alarm but the week before we was on holiday and the car was sat on the drive way. So I pulled out the main fuse. Because I had major concerns that the car could get stolen as these cars are high on the list. Unknowing to me when i refitted the fuse it caused a CAN bus error millage display flashing. Straight away I called abarth Chesterfield and explained. his attitude was shocking it will cost £120 to reset. I explained we had only had the a week and had just spent £25k with Stoneacre. And could they do It under warranty or half the cost. His words were" We are a business and are here to make money" He also asked me what do you do as a job and would you work for nothing!!. I told him I have my own Business and all of our customers we go the extra mile. After this phone conversion I'm done with Abarth Chesterfield. I called Abarth Nottingham explained the situation. they couldn't help me enough £45 later Car fixed and done the next Day. And the young lady on reception was a credit to the dealership. It a shame all dealer couldn't operate in this way.. I would avoid Chesterfield at all cost
