We had an excellent experience when buying our new car. Very helpful salesman, lots of kind encouragement as I was changing to an automatic car for the first time, three accompanied test drives and useful explanation of the controls within the car.

The true measure of a company's worth is not just when everything goes right, but how they react when bumps in the road occur, and in my instance this was the case when some initial teething problems were experienced with the car not long after taking delivery.

The reaction of all the team at County Motor Works and particularly Paul and Luke in Sales and Mark in the Service department was immediate and done without question - ensuring not only was the problem put right, but that I wasn't overly incovenienced while they did so.

The issue was resolved within 24 hours of my reporting it, and further steps taken to reassure me and provide additional confidence in the car purchased - for that I am very grateful and believe it shows the commitment to customer satisfaction that County Motor Works has.

This is by far the most appalling service we have ever received. We have bought two cars of them in the last 4 years, and our current car has had 3 major issues since we got it 6 months ago. Every single time, they are terrible at providing us with a half decent service. They are rude whenever you speak with them, talking themselves out of accountability and no-one seems remotely bothered to actually help us out. Twice, our car has broken down. Twice, we had incompetent staff speaking to us like we're bothering them. Thanks very much for your awful service, I strongly recommend to steer away from this cowboy place.
