Just changed my fiat 500x for a fully electric 500e. Staff were great and really helpful and informative. I asked a lot of questions which were all answered. The whole process was easy and trouble free. George Day and the team were lovely to deal with. And the car came 2 months early!!

Very happy with experience of Griffin Mill body and paint shop. From the first phone call to Brad to the subsequent service from Joe, everything was quick, courteous and efficient. I was kept fully updated at all times. Would recommend.

Customer Service Awesome - Owain on the service desk up at the Fiat garage was brilliant from day one! What could have been a very upsetting (large repair) job, was handled professionally and personally by Owain! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he always kept us updated about changes or small issues. Great guy, would come again! (He always smelled really good too 🤷‍♂️👍).

Since 2013 I have had fiats from Griffen Mill. I have always had exemplary service , from sales to servicing etc I have never had poor service. From my first visit in 2013 Mark, has engaged and made me feel I am a valued customer to my most recent October 2023! Every team member is supportive , patient and engaging. This time round changing car I was supported by George, young lad but super helpful and knowledgable and Lewis, again the same when arranging the finance, getting the best deal ensuring each time I now my rights ,understand my financial agreement . I have never had any issues with any of my cars, never broken down, never a quality issue. I have a love for the 500’s and the Arbaths( loved my convertible Arbarth!) and love my current little Hybrid. Super economical, lovely drive and once again, a quality car!! Totally recommend the Fiat team at Griffin mill, would I go else where? No👍

Firstly I would like to thank the staff, especially Cherish Roberts, for the excellent service I received. Not only did the engineers do an excellent job on the necessary repairs but the helpful and efficient way the front line staff, Cherish and her colleague, dealt with me brightened my day. Marc, Lewis and the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant - they helped me out of a real mess with my car and even went out of
their way to pick me up to collect my new car. Really genuine people and I highly recommend their services. Thank you for getting me back to work!!!

Lewis was courteous, explained the options which were available and pointed out to me the issues that I needed to consider. He seemed well informed and was able to answer all my questions clearly. I feel more able now to make a decision on choice of car.
