Had a 40k mile service done at Transit centre Cardiff today 24/06/22. after paying £520 I would expect my car to be handed back washed and cleaned. Maybe not as its commercial but i don't expect it to be handed back dirtier! The car stank of old dirty oil the steering wheel was oily and the mats and side steps were covered in oil. How they think this is acceptable is beyond me. First and last time my car will go there and ill be ordering its replacement elsewhere.

Total rip off merchants! One of our 3 Transit vans went in for a small service, plus there was a Adblue warning and we asked them to advise what the problem was. We were quoted well over £2k to remedy the problem as there was a fault showing with on of the injectors and a small oil weep. Refused to have the work done with them. Got the bill for the service but there was a charge of £144.00 added on for the diagnostic.
I called the Fordthone service centre to complain about the extortionate diagnostic charge as the OBD scanner would have already been connected as part of the service, but the very unhelpful service lady said 'That is what we charge' I told her to cancel our other van service booked for next week and to close our account with them as I hate being ripped off. Absolute Main Stealers!

Excellent service from the Body Shop dept. Phoned about my New Ford Kuga bonnet miss alinement and was told to come straight down and was sorted within minutes.

Local Aberdare Ford dealer wasn't interested and sent me on a 60 mile round trip.

Very friendly staff, a very enjoyable experience.

I popped in while in Cardiff for a rear wiper blade having attempted to get on at another from a Ford dealer where I live. There I spent over 40 mins at the other dealer attempting to use an order from Motobility for a rear wiper blade but I was told it had to be booked in for another day honestly for a wiper blade !!!. So I Went to Fordthorne in Penarth Rd where I was told the same thing but in a language I understood it took 10 mins start to fitting with no dramas, I highly recommend them the both department's worked together to sort the problem out and I think the guy on the service desk was named Jay but I might be wrong if so all thanks to the service desk team & Stores
