A Faultless process from start to finish thanks to Tom. Saw the car online on a Sunday and arranged to view and test drive the same day. Was so pleased with it I arranged a deposit that evening to retain it! Very responsive to messages whether from email, text or phone call and happy to answer any questions. Oh and the car….. love it! In great condition, for a good price, a fantastic upgrade to what I had and got a fair deal for part ex’ing too! Happy days! Thanks Tom and family

Excellent customer service! Smooth process from start to finish with excellent communication from Tom. I’ve had my transit custom 6 months now and I’m very happy with it, unfortunately there was an issue with the clutch slave cylinder so I took the van to my local Ford garage where the fault was rectified and the bill was covered by AutoBrooke’s warranty. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Bought a transit from Tom, customer service was excellent start to finish from him and his wife.
Very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Van was in excellent condition, he clearly chooses the vehicles he sells very carefully.
Will definitely contact Tom for our next van. All reviews on here are 5 star for good reason. Highly recommended.
