Harlech Toyota

Whilst on holiday, I had two tiny but potentially critical issues arise which meant searching for the nearest Toyota dealer, Toyota Harlech, and visiting firstly with no advance warning after 5pm for a change of key battery which was no problem and sorted for under a fiver in 15 minutes. Then a totally unrelated warning came up on the dash the following day, and after a call, drove straight there and after a bit of investigation (and cleaning some fluff off an air filter!) was away after about an hour up & running. Really couldn't fault the service, speed and friendliness of Ann the Service Manager and also the Technician who dealt with both the problems.

My car's tyre blew out a couple of miles from Harlech Toyota late in the afternoon. Service manager, Ann, was extremely helpful and ordered replacement tyres for the following morning. We were lifted to and from our hotel in Llanbedr and back on our way by 10.30 the next morning. Couldn't have done better.

Took Yaris for a service, the service we got was great, car was washed and everything explained along with them highlighting a future recall that was required for the airbag that I hadn’t received correspondence from Toyota about. Will definitely use them again.

Lovely friendly staff who take good care of your car, whatever the age

I am delighted that this is my "local" garage. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help goes to no bounds. In addition their technical savvy is excellent and they clean the car inside and out. I would go nowhere else.

Had amazing service from Ann and Gerallt. They helped me get my dream car. They were really helpful and accommodating. Really quick turnaround had my new car within 5 days! Emily was also very helpful with getting documents signed to speed up the process. Highly recommend couldn’t fault the service in any way. Thank you!

Once again Mr and Mrs Evans at Harlech Toyota have given me marvellous service help and advice when purchasing my new Corolla hatchback. They gave me a superb deal for my part exchange car. They kept me informed of all the stages of the build of my new car. When I went to collect the new vehicle nothing was too much bother. All in all a lovely experience. I can't recommend them more highly.

Toyota Harlech had our Rav 4 in for a recall. The work carried out was to the highest standard. I can’t recommend them high enough. Everything was replaced to factory spec. Diolch yn fawr Iawn.
