I had made my decision to purchase a MX5 before i ever visited Pentraeth Automotive, but it was the whole buying experience that i found most pleasant and satisfying.

I had only intended to enquire about the finance options available on a new vehicle, and i was not really ready to buy a new car, but there was a brand new car in the showroom, and i was in the position to buy it.

There was no pressure on me to buy the car, and there was just a nice atmosphere in the showroom, so i decided to purchase the car, and do not regret my decision.

The deal on offer was a fair one, and there was little discussion on having a test drive, because i didn't need one.

A brief discussion on finance options was taken, but the eventual deal offered tempted me to buy the car outright.

It was one of the easiest car purchases ive made, and one of the most stress free as well.

I would gladly buy another car from Pentraeth, and look forward to returning there to have my car serviced next year

have now bought 3 new Kia Sportage cars and recently (September 21) a Kia Niro hybrid from this dealership. They are always happy to help and know their products well. In the past my Kia's have always been serviced there too and I have had no bad experiences with everything being done to my complete satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Pentraeth Kia. Although I've had a generally good experinece from the sales team at the Mitsubishi department which I would score 5*, I recently had a bad experience with the service department. I've had my ASX just over two years and until recently had trouble free motoring. My issue arose when I had to replace the clutch and dual mass flywheel so I contacted the service team to see if they would go part way towards the cost as the car was only a year out the 5 year warranty. I've no idea who I spoke to but he needs a lesson in customer service! I was asked if I'd had the car regularly serviced, I said I had and to the manufacturer spec but at my local garage as it's a 60 mile round trip to the main dealer and there's nowhere to go when I get there. It was at this point that the person I spoke to became rude and said "Mitsubishi don't do goodwill!" and promptly hung up on me. I have contacted Mitsubishi UK on this matter and await their response.
