Car looks great, it's just a shame about the customer service. Waited 12 days for my car, got a call in work saying it was ready and then I got told that if I didn't return their courtesy car immediately it would incur costs (which was impossible as I was in work?). Had a blazing row cause this seemed ridiculous. Eventually the management stepped in upon my request and it was sorted out but it still was a shambles. Complaints pending, we will see how it's dealt with.

Great place excellent customer service took me home brought me back to pick up car after a small paint and dent job which was better than excellent and a v.good price too Highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely people and brilliant service! My local garage said my car was probably a write off. Lookers fixed it for £36 and within an hour. Highly recommend!

My car which was a mokka electric black and was worth £35.000 was sent there to check on what I thought and still feel had a faulty spray paint on the car from the manufacturer’s and they where going to look at it independently to see if that was the case, they didn’t really understand what I had said and put it all in an email to explain before it went, the shocking part was not only they said it was not a manufacturer’s default it was the state the car came back in it was filthy from top to bottom and took over 2 hours to clean and still not as good as it went as it was extremely clean when picked up, I asked for compensation to get this valeted and they refused. Don’t deal with this garage

My van has been in here quite a few times now and I have no complaints the staff in reception always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and looked after

Ordered a part yesterday was told it would be dropped off first thing next day, I’m only a few miles from where part was leaving.
12:00 next day still no part, chased part up and the parts advisor said if you needed it so quick you should of collected it yourself, yes I agree but I was told it would be dropped off first thing. If I was told different I would of collected. Plus I’m only couple miles away why was I not first delivery ??
This is not the first time Iv experienced this with main dealers
