I have used the Cardiff Vauxhall branch for several years now. By purchasing and having my car serviced.
There was a point where things were diabolical- some of the staff were neither friendly or helpful.
This seems to have been turned now for the better. Both in the service and car sales departments.
I made another purchase in September of this year and I am very happy with it.
The staff were brilliant. They gave me a very good price for trade in and made the purchase of my latest car very easy. Everything was explained and in there was no messing around. Even the tea from the machine was nice 😀.
I would highly recommend this particular branch.

One of the best customer service experience I receive from ANYWHERE, Geoff in particular know LS my contract and what I want between than myself sometimes. I’m a naturally indecisive person and Geoff is able to be persistent without pestering and that’s something I appreciate from an essential service.
