Dacia Cardiff

I have received excellent service from Dacia/Renault Cardiff since placing my order for a new Dacia Jogger in March. Communication has been good and special thanks to Kevin Brown who has taken care of of my order and provided a brilliant vehicle handover today. Kevin made the handover process simple/informative and the dealership as a whole made us feel valued and not as 'just another sale'.
I was shown around my new vehicle in detail and care was taken to explain to me all features and functions of the car. I also left confident that the high levels of customer service will continue to be offered to me going forward.

I am the proud new owner of a Dacia Sandero. Very pleased with the car, it suits me very well and comes with a lot of nice features for the price. I am writing this review because I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Adam Richards at Dacia Cardiff on Penarth Road. I was a tricky customer because of my awkward size and shape. Adam was so helpful, patient and respectful in helping me find the right car. Such a professional, and with a gentle sense of humour. There was no pressure on me to make a quick decision just a really professional approach to helping me make the right decision. The car came with a lot of new features that I haven't been used to. When I came collect the car Adam sat patiently with me demonstrating and explaining everything. I hadn't really expected this - I had already paid after all. But this kind of aftercare makes a lot of difference. He showed me how to link my phone up and I drove away able to use everything and make the most of the new features. Thank you Adam. You are a real credit to Dacia.

Communication was great throughout the process of ordering, keeping me up to date with delivery date and on day of collection.

The handover process was very good, I received a personal video the day before showing me around my new Dacia Sandero from Kevin explaining some key features.

I was made to feel welcome and valued by all staff on the day of pick up, Kevin then took the time show me the car including how to fill the LPG tank and explained all the aftercare.
I also received complimentary floor mats and a bottle of sparkling wine!

Four stars due to having quite a delay in delivery of our vehicle due to the original sales guy leaving and there being a backlog of orders that also seemed to get stuck on the continent, but when we collected it, it would be 5 stars because Ricardo couldn’t do enough for us. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I’d definitely deal with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a car

Heather dealt with our change over of vehicles and the whole process was great. She’s been informative and helpful throughout, nothing too much trouble! Very pleased with the service provided at Dacia Cardiff!

Excellent service! I've been dealing with Heather for many years and she is always very helpful in ensuring I get the best deal for me and the best customer sevice from start to finish. All staff are always polite, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. As a regular customer I have always been really happy with the car itself (really like the newest model in particular). Couldn't recommend the team (esp. Heather) and the car enough!

The service here was beyond amazing. I was looking for a car quickly and Adam Richards was so helpful. I was sent details and videos to help me pick as I was unable to attend the showroom myself. Communication was also really clear and kept me up to date every step of the way!
