Always a pleasant experience here having the car serviced & receiving a courtesy car without quibbles unlike other places.

Took my Merc c200 in for a airbag recall & was reassured by the friendly staff explanation of what the software update was. 2 & a half hours later i had the keys back in my hand as promised & a car that is running better than ever.... and it was cleaned too. Thanks all !!

I'm Presently restricted to @£45 daily benefits or usually NMW usually part-time even with a Completion of Study from a College or University a Degree and Loads of Medical Conditions at 51 years of age and my Driver's License has Expired and also my Aston Martins have just arrived! DADW 94 Senna!

Bought a car with 8 months m.o.t. they said it had no problems but when i took it back to another garage to check over they said the suspension arm was broken a long time ago & was deadly .

Smooth transaction and friendly staff, Bobby was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, changed over my private reg just as I arrived and the car was ready to go.

We bought an approved used VW from Regent and it had a major problem right from the very beginning. After many complaints I happened to test drive the same model of car on sale by a dealership in Chester which had the exact same problem. Following this I read in many an online forum that it's a common fault on that particular VW model, so how did Regent not know about this issue? I now doubt if these people have any clue what they are doing. Stay clear if buying a used car.

Dealt with Sarah over the phone to initially secure a car from Regent Garage. I found her to be very professional and friendly. Sarah made the whole process very easy and when it came to picking the car up everything was so easy. The car was absolutely as described and the service provided by Sarah was first class. I would definitely buy another car from them.
